cosmic-rebirth:

This is the kind of education a kid needs. In a sense, it’s similar to the education I pursued for myself as a kid/teen.

Logan talks about needing time in nature, and about taking a survival program, wanting to write about his own interests, and other things. I only wish there had been efforts made toward “hackschooling” when I was a kid, because my educational path would have drastically changed. Alas, innovation wasn’t in the cards back then.

This is so inspiring. This kid is talking about his education as a 13 year old kid. But the kind of learning he is promoting is something that doesn’t have to end when you’re 18 or 22 or whenever you leave higher education, but it is something that is a life style choice - why would anyone want to ever stop learning?

Norwegian photographer Ida Skivenes recreates famous works of art,  images of artists and much more using breakfast foods and toast as her canvas.

I was looking at food trends on WGSN today and the more I see stuff like this makes me think I really need to combine my love for food and my love for design…
